Return Policy Overview

  • Contact Romeo Hunte New York prior to returning any items.

  • We are happy to accept your return within 15 days of the delivery date.** Please ensure the merchandise you return is in its original condition with tags attached, and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  • The product must be in new, unworn condition.

  • To avoid any Customs fees, please appropriately and clearly mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS'.

  • Love what you ordered but need a different size ? Gladly! Just contact us at shop@romeohunte.com

  • Want to exchange for another product? Gladly! Just contact us at shop@romeohunte.com

  • If a package is left unclaimed, you may be required to pay a handling fee.

  • All sale items are final sale

**a note on face masks: Due to COVID-19 safeguarding policies, all of our masks are final sale. If you receive a masks and find that you are unhappy with it or require new parts such as drawstrings, please contact us at shop@romeohunte.com.


Additional Information

Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Romeo Hunte New York suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Romeo Hunte New York will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Romeo Hunte New York will NOT be held liable for any accrued returned Customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

E-mail us with your customer information and let us know that you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange.


Want to exchange an item for another item?

Return the product you have received along with an email telling us which product you would like to exchange it for.


Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.


Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Romeo Hunte New York reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
